The app crashes — how do I report it?
Via Profile → Help & Support → Report a bug — we automatically receive the crash report.
Send a bug report
- Profile → Help & Support → Report a bug.
- Choose a category (bug, UI issue, suggestion, …).
- Describe the problem in your own words.
- Optional: attach a screenshot.
- Tap Send.
What we receive automatically
- Sentry crash reports (anonymized) — we can see where the app crashed without you doing anything else.
- App version, device type, Android/iOS version.
What we do NOT receive
- Your entries or photos (unless you explicitly include them in your report).
- Personal identification beyond your user ID.
Reply
With Premium, you’ll usually get a reply within 24–48h. Free users receive bundled replies about common issues by email.
