The app is slow — what can I do?

Clear cache, restart the app, check for updates.

Quick fixes

  1. Close the app and open it again.
  2. Check for updates in the Play Store / App Store.
  3. Restart your phone (sounds basic, often helps).

Clear cache (Android)

Settings → Apps → KarmaFlow → Storage → Clear cache.

⚠️ Note: “Clear data” logs you out; “Clear cache” does not.

If nothing helps

Email us at support@karmaflow.app with:

  • Your device model (e.g. “Samsung Galaxy S22”)
  • Android version or iOS version
  • KarmaFlow version (shown at the bottom of Profile)
  • What you’re doing when the app becomes slow
