How do I delete my account?

More → Delete account. GDPR-compliant, irreversible after 30 days.

Delete your account

  1. Open the More tab (settings).
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm the prompt.

What happens next?

  • Immediately: login is disabled, you are logged out.
  • 30-day grace period: your account is soft-deleted. During this period, Support can restore access for you.
  • After 30 days: all data is hard-deleted — irreversible.

What is deleted as well?

  • All your entries + evaluations
  • Your confirmed evidence and corrections
  • Photos from earlier entries
  • All achievements, streaks, sparks, karma and level
  • Login data
  • Sentry crashes (anonymized)

What remains?

Only anonymized payment records for accounting purposes (legally required). This contains no personal identification.
