What is deltaKarma?

deltaKarma is the change (+3 to −1) your entry adds to your overall karma.

deltaKarma is the change to your karma score caused by a single entry.

Example:

  • Total karma before: 142
  • Entry evaluated: deltaKarma = +2
  • Total karma after: 144

deltaKarma ranges from −1 to +3. You’ll see it right after sending on the result screen.

Why such a small scale?

KarmaFlow is designed to encourage regular reflection, not a few mega entries. If you collect +2 every day for 30 days, that’s 60 karma — visible progress through consistency.
