I forgot my password — what should I do?

On the login screen, tap 'Forgot password' — we’ll send you a reset link.

Step by step

  1. Open the login screen.
  2. Tap Forgot password?
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for our reset email.
  5. Click the link and set a new password (min. 8 characters).

The reset link is valid for 24 hours.

Didn’t receive an email?

  • Checked your spam folder?
  • Entered the correct email address?
  • Did you sign up with Google login? Then you don’t have a password — just log in with Google again.
