The app says 'No internet' — what should I do?

Check your connection, then restart the app. Offline entries are saved.

First steps

  1. Wi‑Fi/mobile data enabled?
  2. Try another app (e.g. a browser).
  3. Toggle airplane mode on/off.
  4. Restart KarmaFlow.

Offline entries

You can keep writing entries even without a connection. They’re stored locally and uploaded automatically as soon as you’re online again.

If nothing works

  • Check your router/Wi‑Fi.
  • On mobile: is data roaming enabled (when abroad)?
  • Try another KarmaFlow feature (e.g. login) — if that also fails, it’s likely not your connection but our server.

Status

If our server has issues, we’ll see it in Sentry and work on it. You can also check status.karmaflow.app (coming soon).
