How do I view my history?
Tap History at the bottom — all entries in chronological order, filterable by mechanism.
Find your entries
- Tap History at the bottom of the app.
- You’ll see all entries, newest at the top.
- Each entry shows the date, time, your text and the assigned mechanism.
Filter
Use the chips at the top to filter by mechanism — e.g. only the entries where Sticking with it was visible. "All" clears the filter.
Summaries
Summaries live in Profile: weekly view, 30-day profile, discoveries and the rhythm calendar.
Export
In More → Export data you can download all entries + evaluations as a JSON file.
On the Free plan you see your most recent entries. Older ones stay stored and become visible again with Premium.
