How do I view my history?

Tap the History tab at the bottom — all entries in chronological order.

Find your entries

  1. Tap History at the bottom of the app.
  2. You’ll see all entries, newest at the top.
  3. Each entry shows: text, karma score, date, and (if any) photos.
  4. Tap an entry for details (dimension breakdown, full evaluation).

Filter

Use the calendar icon to show a specific day or time range.

Export

In Profile → Privacy → Export data you can download all entries + evaluations as a JSON file.
