1. Scope and Provider

These Terms of Service govern the use of the KarmaFlow application and all related services (hereinafter "Service") provided by:

By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

KarmaFlow is a digital karma journaling application that allows users to record daily actions and receive AI-based karma analysis and feedback. The Service includes:

  • Recording karma entries (good deeds, reflections)
  • AI-powered karma dimension analysis and scoring
  • Tracking of streaks, levels, and achievements
  • Personal karma statistics and history

3. Free and Premium Plans

3.1 Free Plan

All users may use KarmaFlow free of charge with the following limitations:

  • Up to 2 karma entries per day
  • Basic karma analysis

3.2 Premium Subscription

The Premium subscription unlocks unlimited entries and features:

  • Monthly plan: 4.99 € per month
  • Annual plan: 39.99 € per year

Prices include applicable VAT. Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The respective store terms and payment conditions apply.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining period. Cancellation must be done through the respective app store.

4. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Keep login credentials confidential
  • Not misuse the Service (e.g., spam, abusive content, automated mass entries)
  • Comply with applicable laws when using the Service

5. AI-Generated Content

KarmaFlow uses artificial intelligence to analyse entries and generate karma scores and feedback. AI-generated content is provided for informational and motivational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated output.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks of the KarmaFlow Service are the property of SHOP-Construct UG (haftungsbeschränkt) or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their own entries but grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damages. This does not affect liability for injury to life, body, or health.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer within the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence. The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Marl, Germany.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
