Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Policy

The following withdrawal policy applies to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3. Exception for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if the performance has begun and, in the case of a contract requiring payment from the consumer, if:

  • The consumer has given their express consent for performance to begin before the withdrawal period has expired;
  • The consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal; and
  • The provider has provided the consumer with a confirmation of the contract.

By activating your KarmaFlow Premium subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has fully commenced.

4. App Store Purchases

If you purchased your KarmaFlow Premium subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the withdrawal and refund process is handled by the respective store operator. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refund requests:
